Bought the two pack deal, one was broken within the first week on heavy lemon scoring prep work. The neck joint separated and it was half washed only. I think it’s a great value find for home meal prep, but not heavy prep tasks. Design is totally palm-friendly with a textured, wide handle-very easy to use. The metal bits were sharp edged appropriately and strong, deep scores on the peel. Overall a lovely yield on the single large gouger and the quad mini zester edge both. With the big handle, it’s easily maneuverable to zest effectively or extra curvy if desired. Only flaw was the neck connection didn’t keep up with pressure as hoped, and since I got 2, it’s a 50% on durability from me.

The blade is not sharp enough and is too small and not offset enough to cut into the peel. It doesn’t cut but tears. useless for making twists.
