Easy to use and store!
The cupcake holders are great, however they collapse easy when pushed down. This is great for storage, but when you are trying to shake the batter to level it, it can be a challenge. Storage and clean up are easy.

Easy to use
This muffin pan is great for making non stick muffins. The full dozen came right out by just pushing down on the tray. Nothing was left. Not even crumbs. Do need to be careful lifting uncooked muffins as putting any pressure on bottom will cause the cup to invert. Almost lost some muffins picking the tray up but once you know, can avoid by holding only by the handle.

Best Muffin Tins
These are the ultimate muffin tins. I was really skeptical about the floppy silicone as it it had always just seemed to be to unsteady to fill and move around the oven and countertops. However, the addition of the metal rims on these is a huge upgrade over the muffin tins with just the silicone which bend all over the place.

I like that the silicone cups can compact for easy storage and are easy to clean. However the size is noticeably smaller than a regular muffin pan size. The cupcake/muffin liners do not fit in these pans.

Easy to use, easy to clean
My biggest issue with cupcake pans is that they are hard to clean. Sure, I could use paper liners, but I never seen to have them when I need them.These silicone cupcake pans are great. First of all, they come in a pack of 2, so you can make 24 cupcakes or muffins or egg cups etc at once time. Second, you don’t need to use cooking spray; the food will pop out of the cup without any effort leaving nothing behind. Okay, maybe a few crumbs, but it’s not like the food is falling apart and sticking to the pan. Also, the pans cool down quickly, so you don’t have to wait a very long time to pop the food out.Cleaning up is a breeze. Like I said, there’s very little residue– if any– left behind, so the pans only need a quick rinse before going in the dishwasher. They smush flat for storage, so they take up less room than a traditional muffin tin.I would absolutely recommend this set. I have no complaints, and I see myself making a lot more muffins and cupcakes in the future because of how easy this is to use.
