Handy for reducing lunch baggie waste and for other smaller food storage needs
AUGUST 12, 2022 UPDATE: I really have come to love these handy storage containers! Every single one of them still looks and works great, no cracks or breakage of either glass or lids, and all the lids still seal very well. The smaller-sized rectangular/square ones are used DAILY for my husband’s lunch sandwich rolls, etc., and while they add a bit of weight to the lunch bag, they’ve been great at saving the planet from more plastic baggie waste AND keeping his sandwich rolls fresh and ‘rolled’ (no room to unroll in those small storage containers!). I’ve also discovered I’ve often got left overs that are just the right size for the rest of them (some round, some square, but none of them super big). -So I’d recommend this set, even though the usefulness wasn’t as obvious to me when I was first using them. I guess having them in the cupboard and then finding so many uses is kind of like that saying, build it and they shall come! FYI, I hand wash and towel dry these, and then let the lids air dry on the counter for a bit, so maybe that’s why they’ve lasted this long so well, but they’re worth the extra effort :)ORIGINAL REVIEW: During these COVID times my produce groceries come in less often and have to stay fresh longer. I’ve discovered storing produce in sealed glass containers in a chilly fridge prolongs shelf life A LOT. Warning: Only A FEW of these a handy size for keeping foods fresh in the fridge. Lids do not flex so no overstuffing. This set has some VERY small containers that unexpectedly were handy for things like packing little lunch treats or storing a few tablespoons full of something. Be aware that the largest sizes NOT in this set – I bought those separately. Nice because it’s stackable in the fridge.I also freeze things in these, that’s worked well also. I also use for storing baked goods in the fridge. As long as you need smaller sized storage this will get the job done 🙂

Air Tight, work well…don’t stack them all together.
They really work well. You can take the top off, head your food up in the Glass, you can freeze it(IF you Freeze food, let it thaw a bit before trying to open the top, the clips on the side are tight and they are airtight, but they’re not that strong and you WILL break pieces off.I’d also say you can’t stack them neatly inside of each other(not a big deal). But if you have your square containers, stagger the sizes. You don’t want them to fit tightly. When they do, they can get chipped and hard to pull out). So I just make 2 piles for the square, two for the round. It works out great.

Pros -The lids are not hard to open and close despite arthritis that affects my dexterity.. As long as I line up the lid and container I can use my palm to snape the latches.There is a notch in the lids to make the silicone sealing rings easy to remove for cleaning.An air tight leak proof sealThey are made with Borosilicate glass that allows me to bake in them. I have done so without difficulty. – just remember the lids are not microwave or oven safe and you do not want to go directly from freezer to oven. In the case where I freeze something I later want to bake I let it thaw before placing it in the oven.Con – the only con is found with all glass products – drop them hard enough and often enough and they will break. Which losses the product 0 stars as that is the nature of the beast.2 years ago I bought another set by the same manufacturer that did not include bowls. Several of them have “disappeared” (Ie not returned by family members) or have been dropped and broken. I almost got the same set to replace them then decided to get the set that included bowls and which was just a little bit more expensive. Both sets are wonderful buys for the price.

Great Quality!
I was skeptical between some of the reviews as they stated they arrived broken or damaged but the price was almost too good to pass up. We purchased 2 sets and are completely impressed. We spent $60 on the 3 sets and ended up with 6 of each size total and truly it was the best call. We donated all of our plastics and completely transitioned. I was worried about the sides being too small but truthfully they’re perfect! The largest one for 1/3 of a crockpot full of corn chowder which to me is very impressive. The quality of the glass is awesome and heavy and haven’t had any issues at all with the lids. Very happy. No leaking or lid closure issues.

Threw out all my old containers and only use these! Easy to clean and durable!

With the space I have now (pre-reno), these things pile up nicely in a small space. Great for reheating leftovers in the microwave. I usually cover with Saran Wrap which is amazingly super clingy to the glass when nuking food. I need more of the large ones….

I use these for my lunch. Definitely leak proof. Very thick glass which appear to make them very durable plus they stack nicely and don’t take up to much room in the cupboard
