Exactly what I was looking for
I am a baker and use parchment paper with almost everything I bake. I used to buy my parchment paper at a restaurant supply store. I moved now the closest store is over an hour away. These are exactly what I was looking for and delivered to my door.

Works as parchment paper should, easy to use
I use parchment paper quite often (most often for roasting chickpeas, but also for roasting vegetables, making oven fries, and baking cookies). I love how easy parchment paper makes cleanup and also think that it helps produce a more uniform, well roasted and baked product. I have several different sizes of baking sheets which I use for different times, which means this 9×13″ product works great for my 9×13″ pans, but for now, I will be also keeping my rolls of parchment paper as it will always fit whichever size baking sheet I am using with trimming.What is really nice about this parchment paper is that it is perfectly sized for the 9×13 pans, and it is admittedly nice not having to cut it to the right size. Simply pull out a sheet, put it in the pan and you are ready to go. Since it comes pre-cut and is stored flat, there truly isn’t any curling or rolling of the edges. It does mean that it probably won’t fit in your usual storage spot though, so take that into consideration. However, I find that the flat envelope it comes in is easy to tuck alongside of the wall of one of the pantry shelves.I also like how the ingredients of the parchment paper are clearly stated on the product page. The usual ingredients of parchment paper (wood pulp and silicone), but not usually easy to find (although I do not see the ingredients listed on the packaging itself). Even better if this product was unbleached.

Thin paper but it works

These are REALLY large.You get so many at 120 pieces. The size is a bit large so I want to cut them in half, but if I were to cut them down to 16×12 it wouldn’t be quite large enough to cover my baking sheet unfortunately. So I’ll have to buy bigger baking sheets to accomodate the size of these as it would save me so much time in cookie baking. These state they don’t burn, but while baking multiple rounds of cookies, the edges definitely start to brown up quite a bit so Im not sure what they mean by not burning (they never got compltelye black on me though but i was only cooking at 325f).I usually baking on a cookie sheet, with a baking mat on top. this allows for my cookies to cook perfectly but not burn on the bottom. but the cleanup is bad as they are big and hard to wash in smaller sinks. so I decided to add these to the top. the grease still slightly leaks through the parchmentI love these baking sheets and I won’t be going without.They’re also good if you’re salting fish. I like to buy fish from my costco, salt cure it and make sushi. This is great to wrap your fish or other meats in for similar purposes.

Pre cut makes life easier!
I really like this pack. First it has a ton of liners in it and second having a pre-cut makes it so much easier. Make sure to measure your baking pan before purchasing is to make sure that they are the right size. These wouldnât fit on the large 9 x 13 pan unless you use two. But overall, they work great it seems to be well-made.

The Size is Wrong
Updated review: These are NOT 12×16. They are 12×15.5 inches, which means we still have to wash our baking pans after use. I took off 2 stars. They are still a good bargain if you use parchment as much as we do.We use parchment paper every time we bake or roast something in the oven. We roast a lot of vegetables. With rolls of parchment you always have to work to keep it flat and more often than not I’ve torn off a piece that’s either too long or too short. These fit our baking sheets perfectly. I am so happy with these sheets. Definitely worth every penny.
