Perfect for long stewing sauce/gravy
This is by far the best pot I have ever own, the size and heat displacement is perfect, the quality and thickness is amazing. I simmer sauce for 6 hrs, never burnt, cooked perfectly, and the cleaning of this pot was the easiest too!! Kudos to the seller. Shortly after we purchased it the lid handle broke off. Not sure if it was a traumatic event or just a poor design. Either way the seller stepped right up and delivered a new top for us .

Very Even Heating and No Burning
We purchased this 20 Qt. pot primarily for large batches of tomato sauce which is prone to burning. Prepared a batch yesterday with the pot about 3/4 full. We were able to achieve a nice even simmer and cooked the sauce for 5 hours, stirring 2-3 times per hour. The pot cleaned up easily and there was absolutely no burning on the bottom. This has been a big problem with other pots because it ruins flavor and makes clean-up a chore that only gets worse with each successive use. If a pot heats unevenly there is no amount of stirring that will fix the problem. This may be the stock pot we’ve always wanted. So far, with our first hard use, it has performed perfectly!

Broken knob off cover-replaced immediately
The first time I went to use this pot the knob broke off the cover. Unfortunately it was past the 90 day return policy. However, after I emailed the distributer, they replaced the cover immediately.
