these pans are good for what i bought them for(use as plates for fried goods). i how ever would not want to use them for baking as they are very light weight. i am sure i could roll them up by hand easily. i would say they are a step above disposable aluminum pans. they are stronger and reusable. but they are by no mean hefty or heavy weight. over all good pans for what they cost.

Was hoping for the best.
Was hoping the positive reviews were correct. Did read a few negatives…. but there are people who complain about everything, so knowing that I am more likely to ignore and take my chances. Regardless of who said what. Yes pans aren’t cookie sheet weight… and are thicker than aluminum foil pan, but not by much. Haven’t used yet because, wasn’t what I expected, but returns hassle, so eventually will find a use.
