Definitely NOT the size of a Crayon
Another reviewer wrote that the breadstick slots in this pan were very small, the size of a crayon. That is not the case. I bought this pan to try to make breadsticks similar to those at Olive Garden, but keto. In the photo, I placed 3 actual breadsticks from Olive Garden to give you a better idea of the size. As you can see, although the breadsticks are longer than the pan slots, they fit from side to side.In the next week or so, I will be making keto breadsticks using this pan, and will update my review then, addressing the non-stick surface.

The description is FALSE. This pan CAN NOT MAKE TWINKIES, ZINGERS, DEVIL DOGS, ECLAIRS. Honestly I’ve never seen a pan this small in my life! If you made a cup of cake batter, it would take you about 12 uses of this pan to use that cup of cake batter! Total disappointment.

This Financier Baking Pan is made of heavy gauge steel, like high end kitchen stores sell. It has an extra slick non-stick finish. My Financiers (almond maroon cookies) browned evenly and slid out of this mold easily. It arrived within a day or two of ordering in perfect condition in a cardboard box.
