Good pan only wish it came with a bread recipe, so I would have idea of basic flour etc to fill pan. Iâm trying another recipe today. Some recipes say for same size pan, however itâs not enough dough or too much. Pan is very well made, non stick, but I brush with oil. I liked smaller size, full Pullman is too big.

Beware, there are 3 holes in the bottom, which helps the bread bake, but you NEED to put a pan underneath. I didnât realize and smoked my whole house up. Not fun!
