Great for frying.
This product was perfect for frying and multiple uses. The plastic melts at high temperature cooking but this has held up.

I was so tired of using the nylon spatulas from the grocery store of the Big W stores, as they were rather flimsy, hard to clean, and never stood up to the heat of cooking. I tried these, and I love them. They are very sturdy, easy to clean, and can definitely handle the heat. I haven’t tried testing up to 500 degress, but I have no doubt they can take it. Absolutely recommend this product!
