I actually use them to let me plants drain in the sink/tub, and these are excellent. They hold even my heavy plants with ease, and still allow water to flow under. Canât imagine any roast or similar that would be heavier than my larger plants, so it should hold up well for the intended use too. Great product.

do you cook a lot of roasts/turkeys etc during the holidays? then this is for you. place it at the bottom of your favorite dutch oven and place the meats on top and let it cook away. the silicone is very easy to clean and does a great job of keeping the proteins off of the very bottom of the cooking vessel
