Fantastic for egg cups!
I am not a baker, but I love making egg cups from time to time. I always used to use regular aluminum cupcake pans, which always left a mess stuck behind. These are a breeze to cook with and clean. The depth is bigger than I expected so my egg cups were nice and big. Iâll probably even get the smaller ones also just to have variety in sizes. It cooks evenly and they pop right out which is why these are fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

Giant muffins
I’ve been looking for a large muffin pan and this was a great choice. It collapses for easy storage, but is nice and sturdy when using it. I’m not thrilled with the off-white color, but that’s just cosmetic. The silicone makes for easy cleanup.

Making the BIG 1 cup to brim muffins a much easier treat task.
My wife really likes this silicone large size cupcake pan from the Foepoge Store. We got the regular cupcake size a couple of weeks ago and so when we saw this one which made the big ( 1 cup to brim) muffins I said, why not. The regular one worked so well, let’s give it a try as also. This pan is very nice and easy to use. The metal frame imbedded into the perimeter provides rigid support for safer handling and is beneficial when collapsing it down for storage. The MintGreen color is a close match to the Teal color which my wife currently has throughout the kitchen. She is hosting a luncheon and fall bulb planting party tomorrow for a bunch of friends and so was able to use this silicone tray shortly after it arrived. Since it is fall she mixed up a pumpkin cake recipe to try. She didn’t modify the recipe from what she had used last week for a cake desert but it seemed to work kinda-ok. I believe it would have been better with a bit heavier body once baked to make it easier to remove cleanly from the silicone tray but she didn’t seem to have any real issues. Just pressing up on the bottom of the cup to eject it from the mold. The soft cake did compress a bit, that is why I noted that we should probably modify the recipe a bit for the next ones we do. Having a little extra body should help to stabilize them for easier removal. After use the cleanup was quick and easy, just a light brush off under water and good to go again. This occupies about one third of it’s normal size when you collapse it down for more compact storage. Until I find a better solution I am planning to just insert the collapsed down tray into the sturdy box it came in ( minus the end tabs) to make it easier to store them so they don’t take as much room and aren’t expanding back out and interfering with other cooking trays in our cupboard.

I got this as we needed some muffin trays for baking, it’s super easy to clean and makes really good muffins, and the fact that it flattens down is great for storage.

These make an excellent muffin size cup cake they are made of silicone with a reinforced rim around the frame. They are available in red blue or beige. For storing the cups can be folded in so the tray is quite flat this is better than a normal silicone muffin tray as the frame is reinforced you can remove from the oven with more confidence as the muffin tray wonât fold up on itself a good idea

This silicone muffin tray arrived, flattened, in a sturdy cardboard box.Cream in colour, it has 6 deep wells – making it perfect for big muffins. I can see myself using this for savoury, breakfast muffins. Despite it being made of flexible silicone it is nice a sturdy, thanks to the metal frame.Being non stick you don’t need to use a muffin case, they simply pop out when you push the well upwards. I had no issue with my muffins sticking at all.I had been worried that they might be a little floppy but those fears were unfounded. Being so easy to clean they’re a great alternative to a metal tray.At £16.99, at time of review, it is a little pricey but I love the ease of use and obvious quality, so I can see the value in them.

Nice set of bun tins, work well and effective. The steel frame is good, with just the right amount of stability. Nothing out of the ordinary but no complaints

I do already own a silicone muffin tray which I like a lot however this really does take it to another level.Being silicone, nothing sticks so it’s great for muffins etc but having a rigid frame and being collapsible does make this just about perfect in every way.I use it most often for making breakfast muffins, either savoury egg or baked oats with blueberries as well as for cake of course!
