Fool proof baking- And I donât know what Iâm doing.
These are some thick, durable silicone trays. They hold just the right amount of batter, are easy to clean, easy to use, wonât rust, and work for a variety of baked goods. Now every time I burn brownies and cupcakes, theyâll be easier to pop out of the tray! These are a great value, and if youâre horrible at baking like I am, youâre going to save so much time not having to scrub and eventually replace steel pans.Update: Baked my first batch of brownies with these! They burned, but boy were they easy to clean afterwards.

New favorite muffin pans!
No more muffins stuck in the pan! You donât even need to grease them. Once they are done baking, the muffins pop right out. These are awesome and the only muffin pans I want to use! And they are so easy to clean – a quick scrub with soap and warm water. Oh, and the metal frame makes these so sturdy. I have another silicone muffin pan without the frame and they are floppy and definitely not as convenient. I wonât be using those ones anymore!

A must have if you like silicone baking accessories
What sets these apart is the metal frame. Excellent method to bake without having to use non- stick spray or liners.

Perfect for freezing small servings.
I ordered this to use for freezing small servings of things such as flavored butter, single raw eggs, and scoops of mashed potatoes. I needed something that would hold the soft food while it freezes and would make removing the food easy. This silicone muffin pan is the perfect solution. What makes this pan so much better than similar silicone pans is the built-in metal frame that makes it easy to move around when it’s in use. This makes it easy to fill the cups and just pop this into the freezer. Then, I just push up on the bottom of the cups to pop out the contents and put them in silicon zip top bags or plastic snap-top containers for storing in the freezer. The cups on this are a bit shallow to use for baking muffins without using paper liners, in my opinion, but maybe I’m just used to larger muffins. This item is just as it appears on the product page. The build seems very sturdy and durable. I put it through the dishwasher on the bottom rack and it came out perfect. I love the aqua blue color as it matches all the small appliances in my kitchen. It’s not “mint green” as stated on the product page, thank goodness. It’s really pretty. This muffin pan is great for people with limited space because the muffin cups collapse totally flat making this a very low profile item. You could literally squeeze this in just about anywhere, making this great to use in a camper, RV or small kitchenette. The retail price at the time of this review is $16.98 which is currently the best price on Amazon for this style pan in this color. This seems like a fair price for this muffin pan, considering the metal frame construction and the beautiful color. I’m really happy with this, so far. My rating: FIVE STARS!

Quality Silicone, Not Smelly
These are great quality and don’t stink like some other kinds I’ve tried. The craftsmanship is fantastic – very smooth and level. They are also collapsible for easy storage!

This cleverly designed muffin tray combines the best properties of a metal tray with that of a silicon tray. We much prefer using silicon trays for muffins and cup cakes but find them a challenge due to their lack of rigidity when lifting them so inevitably end up putting them on top of a metal baking try to address that. The built-in steel frame in this Foepoge tray ensures that the tray can be lifted without sagging before or after baking.Baking results have been good using this tray and although advertised as non-stick, we prefer to line the tray with muffin cases anyway. The tray is easy to clean and the silicon cups simply fold up to allow the tray to be stored away in as small a profile as possible. This is a good tray at a reasonable price given the features.

These silicon muffin tins a better than metal ones because they don’t rust, generally are easier to release their contents and are easier to clean. The description states that these are ‘mint green’ but they are actually more of a light blue colour as shown in the products’ photo. This one has the advantage of an embedded metal frame to keep it rigid which is useful when transferring it in or out of the oven. Without this frame, it would be necessary to carry it on a metal tray.I used a different cake recipe to try this one. Despite being advertised as ‘non-stick’ I used paper cup cake liners in the back four row of holes, I greased the middle four row of holes and left the remaining holes. I note that the photograph on the product’s web page on Amazon that they also used paper liners.Whether it was because of a new recipe or I had over filled the holes (although in the product’s web page they show them more full) but the mixture rose so high that it drooped over to one side when they were baking giving them a very odd appearance, although they tasted fine. The ones in the paper cases didn’t droop quite as much and they had more batter in them. When it came to lifting them out of the moulds, the ones in the paper cases were of course, easy, the ones in the greased holes were also easy to extract and only left a little residue. The ones in the ungreased holes also came out easily and only left a little residue except for one where part of the cake stuck.Despite the non-stick claims they did leave some residue so I would always use paper liners with cakes, though Yorkshire puddings should be fine. The muffin tin was easy to clean in hot soapy water afterwards.I have deducted one star because it is not entirely non-stick and it is more expensive than other silicon trays.

I prefer silicone bakeware because it’s easier to keep clean and the cake doesn’t stick to it as bad as metal. But whenever I use normal silicone trays they are too wobbly and sometimes the cake batter spills out. When I saw that this tray has metal supports I ordered right away. The silicone is thick and sturdy, not likely to tear anytime soon. There is a solid metal trim around the top of the tray covered by silicone and a handle on either side. The cups are definitely party/cupcake size, as described, which is great as I don’t like making small cakes. They also push in so the tray is mostly flat, making it so easy to store away without taking up much space. It was 15.99, which is a little pricey but with the metal reinforcement it is very worth it!

This muffin tray is a bit of a game changer. I’ve always used metal muffin trays before which invariably end up getting baked on batter which can be hard to remove. This silicone muffin tray, however, is super easy to clean and remains looking brand new. Now, I’ve used silicone baking trays before and always found them to be a bit floppy and hard to move around when filled. This product solves that problem as it contains a sturdy frame within the silicone meaning it maintained its shape. This means moving the silicone baking tray around becomes almost effortless and above all, safe. If you are a regular baker, give this a try. I think you’ll be impressed.

The Foepoge 12 cup Silicone Muffin Tray arrived sealed in a non-recyclable plastic bag inside the outer carton. One of the issues that my wife has had in the past with silicone baking trays is that they become too flexible/deform if you try to move them when holt, but this tray has solved that problem by the tray being internally stiffened. This takes away all the issues with using a silicone tray, while maintaining all the advantages. My wife has only used I a couple of times so far, but is really pleased with it and how easy it is to keep clean. Overall there is nothing to fault, hence the rating
