Two sizes. Need two sets of these for the average 2-lb recipe
I didn’t read the description carefully and didn’t realize I was getting a l-lb loaf pan and a half-pound mini loaf pan. The value is great, quality is great, so I’ll order a second set. My recipe will make two 1-lb loaves or one 1-lb loaf + 2 mini loaves of sourdough bread. For anyone wondering, these pans allow you to make a sourdough loaf that is great for sandwiches or French toast. The dough rises in the oven to fill the pan, so that its finished shape is the same as the loaf pan. It is not particularly crusty. The dough is the same recipe I use to make a big round beautiful crusty sourdough loaf. The crusty bread uses a heated dutch oven and a very hot oven (425), and the sandwich bread uses these pans at a lower oven temperature (375) . The last rise is done in the pan for the loaf style and mostly n the fridge for the round loaves. I’m sure there are many ways to get great results with sourdough, but this is one way.

i thought these bread pans were too cool I had to buy them. I had just started on my homemade bread making journey, stumbled upon these and bought with a quickness. Although not sure if it was me or idk but I was following this lady’s recipe on her bread and she was using a similar pan, when she let her dough rise in the pan she placed the lid on top, when I did that and came back before baking, it was spilling out the openings and sticking to the roof on the top lid. After that it seemed a little more like a nuance to me vs me using my old (other) pan I already had.now it could have just been because of the process I used but that was my experience nothing wrong with the pan itself, still use it without the lid

This is a half size dope pan for 1 pound and a quarter size dough pan for a half pound of dough. These are not full-size the small size quarter pound is inside the half size when shipped! The quarter size is basically worthless, not sure if Iâll ever use such a small pan for a 1/2 lb of dough !

Great Loaf Pans for GF bread loaves!
Didn’t want to review these until I’d had a chance to use them, and I finally made that happen last week. Made two GF loaves (one in each pan) and they turned out just as perfectly as I could expect GF loaves to turn out. Thanks for making a great product! Will be using for the foreseeable future!

I have only used the larger loaf pan.
It came quickly, the color is just as it looks in the picture and works as described. I didn’t expect the smaller loaf pan to be as small as it is and because of that haven’t used it much. I use the larger one regularly as it is the perfect size for a regular loaf of sliced bread.I don’t like that it has started to rust on the edges. I do make sure to dry these immediately after washing to try and prevent that from happening, unfortunately water stays trapped in the seams.
