It’s great
I didn’t even know they made 3 qt pans, let alone enamel. I use it for stove top potpourri simmering. It doesn’t stain because it’s black!

illvado Granite 1 Quart Saucepan, Naturally Nonstick Sauce Pots, Speckled Enamel Cookware
I love these pots. So lightweight. Takes up less space in the dishwasher than my other pots. They are attractive, too.

Use them more than my stainless
This enamel type pan is the least reactive material you can get. Dr. Hulda Clark phd wrote that in her book, and I’ve been using them ever since, 25 years. I also have the enameled cookie sheets and baking pans. I’ve had many of this type, my mother had them before she had aluminum. That was a poor choice.

Best Ever
I had my Grandmother’s same sauce pan as these. she was born in the late 1890’s. Her pan did not wear out until around 2017. That tells you how long they will laste.

Hated this pot
I boiled water in this pot and there was a grayish coating in the pot up to the level of the boiled water. I scrubbed the pot to try to get rid of it, but when it dried the discoloration was there again. I continued to use it and after about 10 uses of boiling water a small rust spot appeared. I threw the pot out.
