Love these bowls for Instant Pot Cooking!
Edit: Just to clarify, now that the manufacturer has added new products of different types, this review is for the “Mixing Bowls Small” product. Also, I’m still loving the bowls six months after my original review!I came across these while looking for stainless steel bowls to use inside my 8 Quart Instant Pot for pot-in-pot cooking. (For anyone who’s not familiar with it, pot-in-pot cooking is when you use a smaller heat- and pressure-proof bowl inside the Instant Pot to help with cooking smaller quantities of food, for recipes that might burn or stick in the Instant Pot or ones you don’t want to add extra liquid to, or just to make clean-up easier. It’s a lot more convenient to just stick a bowl in the dishwasher rather than wash the giant 8 quart pot.) These have been perfect for that purpose and I recommend them to anyone looking for the same thing. They fit beautifully inside the 8 Quart Instant Pot and are easy to toss in the dishwasher.I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality and weight of the bowls. There were no dents or imperfections on any of mine, and they’re surprisingly heavy – in a good way. Before purchasing I was worried about quality since this is a “no name brand” manufactured in China, but they’re even more solid and smoother than the stainless steel bowls I already owned. I have noticed a little of that grayish stainless steel residue around the outer rim that can be caused by the polishing process with any stainless steel product (google “KitchenAid bowl residue stainless steel” for an explanation of it) but it can be easily removed, and it’s normal with stainless steel products. If I ever find myself needing more than four bowls of this size/shape, I will 100% buy this set again.

Good bowls
These are good quality bowls. They came in individual plastic sleeves so there was no sticky residue to clean off before using. It only took a quick wash and rinse. They have high polished interiors for easy cleanup. Another review mentioned that the outside is not polished to the same degree as the inside but it doesn’t need to be for mixing bowls which is what they are sold as. The outside is more polished than my other larger metal mixing bowl I bought locally. I only bought them for mixing bowls but in the questions people have asked about cooking with them. They are plenty thick enough to use in an oven. I decided to try one on my stove top to see if it would warp. I tried boiling water and the bowl was undamaged. The water wouldn’t reach a rolling boil but that is likely due to my stove being electric with a solid flat eye and the bottom of the bowl being rounded up in the middle so it only made contact around the edge. It would probably work well with a gas stove or over an open fire on a grate or balanced on some stones.

great sturdy bowls
We use these bowls for our pets. They are sturdy and easy to clean. We prefer stainless over plastic which makes these a winner!

Great prep bowls
Bought these as was tired of using my big stainless steel bowls which were in varying sizes. So, before you knew it you are using a big bowl just because you don’t have anything smaller. Well, this solved that issue. Making Beef Lo Mein need to sautee the beef before putting it in the pressure cooker and this is just easy to hold 1-2lbs. of meat, sliced up broccoli and they are space saving (stackable). Easy to clean and don’t take up alot of space in the dishwasher. Set of 4 ideal, as I cook three meals a day so there is alot of prep and these work great. Used them couple times of day. Great bowls.

BEWARE OF THE SIZING. THESE ARE 7.5 CUPS NOT 2.5 CUPS
The specs say these are 600ml, which is 2.5 cups. That’s totally wrong. They are 1775ml, or 7.5 cups. Not sure if this inaccuracy in the product listing is Amazon’s fault of the sellers’ fault, or if I was sent the wrong set. Either way, they’re gigantic. Another reviewer said they’re about the size of a water bowl for a medium to large dog, and that jives with what I received. All this said, if I were shopping for a 7.5 cup prep bowl I’d be thrilled. They’re sturdy, strong and well made. Just not the advertised size.

More than I expected
These are as advertised. They nest perfectly and they are very substantial in terms of weight and durability. 8 of them nested is only 5″ tall. Will be great for prepping food for cooking out doors and not have to keep running back and forth. You can nearly wipe them clean. A little larger than I needed but better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Great looking bowls
I use these as serving bowls because they look so good with the granite in my kitchen and the stainless steel. I recommend handwashing these bowls – at least the bowls themselves, and then hand-drying right away. That way they stay super shiny. We put one through the dishwasher and it came out with spots that couldn’t be wiped away. We also hand-washed one and did not dry it right away – it had spots too. Now it may be my West Tennessee water but it only takes a second to hand wash and dry. Just sharing a tip. Love love love these bowls. Oh and the lids stay on as expected – great feature!

Sturdy medium sized prep bowls
I was recently replacing my set of three various sized nesting bowls. I chose these as my medium sized prep bowls because they stack nicely and have a good capacity for a home cook prepping vegetables. They also work nicely for marinating small to medium amounts of proteins. They have a nice, sturdy body that doesn’t flex unlike some of the cheaper bowls out there. These aren’t as good for mixing applications. That would include salads and sauces. For that, I would recommend a larger bowl (3+ qt) with a rounded body that works well with a spatula.

Great quality, heavy, sturdy metal bowl. Put them in the dishwasher a few times already – no damage. Made cake dough a few times, used mixer on them – no damage. Perfect size- medium.

Bowls delivered late and damaged.. the bowls are thin and of very bad quality; one of the bowls has rust on it and they are suppose to be stainless steel!
