I bought “stainless steel” measuring spoons from target only to get home and notice the finish of whatever stainless steel look alike they had put on was flaking off, these measuring spoons are legit metal and dont seem to have any coating, have thrown them in the dishwasher without any issues, I fear they may end up rusting but i knew that was a risk
