This cane in a great box. It’s just a little bigger than I thought, but it fits in my oven nicely. It is flatter and broader than I surmised. It would work well with pork chops, chicken breast and a whole chicken. It can be used without the lid and possible with a roasting bag.

Exactly like the other one I had, and I wanted to buy another, such a great pan. Itâs so nice to be able to put a pan into the oven and have a lid like this that is not too heavy, so can release a small amount of moisture. Also appreciate the fact that itâs enamel, because I donât want to be cooking with Teflon or aluminum too often.
