I bought these for my daughter. As soon as it was washed the lid became all cracked. Now we are both concerned with the safety of the cookware. Is there any way to get hold of the company or get a refund? Soooo disappointed.

The set came with utensils and it does require very minor assembly (just have to screw in the handles) to save room in packaging. It comes with a screwdriver so no need to worry about tools. All pots and pans were great quality. Nothing has stuck so far and my wife loved them! The package did arrive with one lid handle broken but I reached out to customer service via email and they responded and resolved the issue within 48 hours! Amazing customer service! I bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife and was very pleased to know that they got back to me and resolved the issue so quickly. Highly recommend!
