Excellent for Freeze Dryer
I have a Medium Pro Harvest Right freeze dryer. I purchased these trays to use as half trays to use in the freeze dryer. Two of these work perfectly to replace one of the freeze dryerâs trays. They are the perfect size on which to freeze dry my dinner leftovers. I place my leftovers on them, cover with the shower-cap-looking bowl covers, and place in the deep freezer prior to freeze drying.These trays are thick and feel like a quality product. For months I have been using them in the freezer as well as in the freeze dryer. I have baked on them a couple of times. I wash them in the dishwasher and allow to air dry. I have had no issues with warping or rusting.The only negative I can think of is that they come covered with a thin coating of shrink wrapped plastic. It is hard to remove all of it from under the rolled rim. I still occasionally find a small bit stuck under the outside rim.I have shared the link to them multiple times. I canât believe I never wrote a review! I would definitely purchase them again.

Great except the plastic packaging on the outside bottom is not noticalbe and hard to remove
Perfect size for my harvest right freeze dryer (two of these is the same as on full try on the medium, 4 try dryer) and also work well as baking sheets. However, there is plastic on the inside for shipment – easy to see, easy to remove. there is also plastic wrap on the outside of the try. I am not the only one who did not notice and put it in the oven without removing. This outside plastic is trapped under the rolled edges of the rim and that makes it difficult to completely remove. very lazy manufacturing process.

Great size, great quality. Would have been nice to know there’s plastic on the bottom of each pan. Stunk up my house with the first 2 until i realized why. If you buy these, remove the bottom plastic before use.

Great little pans for using in my small 9 in 1 Ninja oven. I food prep my meals on these, slip in a bag and freeze three quarters and refrigerate the others. Dinners ready to slip in the Ninja for almost two weeks! And being heavy stainless steel, they’re easy to clean. Love ’em!
