I didn’t want to add another bulky pan into my limited kitchen space and these were a great solution, they stand up on their own on a baking sheet and can be filled without tipping or dumping. I have made muffins in them as well as protein-packed egg bites. They are bigger than a standard muffin liner (by a bit) so maybe keep that in mind (definitely a bit wider at the base) but that helps keep them from falling over. They are also really easy to wash by hand so I just do that really quick and let them dry and then they go back in their case and take up very little space in my kitchen.

They held up in the oven, were sturdy enough that I filled them 2/3 the way full and that was too much as the cake expanded over the edge when cooking but, the cups held their shape. I thought they were a bit flimsy but they worked just fine. Cleanup was a snap, nothing stuck to them and I am happy with them. I can’t compare them to other kinds as this is my first purchase of silicone cups but I have a feeling that they would be rated high by someone that uses all kinds of these cups. So, I like them, they work, and for the price I am very happy.

I flipped them upside down and the the egg bites slid right out without leaving anything on the bottom and the sides of the liners! It’s a game changer!!!
