I use these on frying eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, cutting and serving pies, and even serving salad! Be aware they are real wood so no dishwasher or sink soaking. I condition mine after each wash with a bit of grape seed oil and it’s been about 6months and should probably condition with an oil/beeswax conditioner soon. But I love them!!
