Grilling tongs!! Bring on the meat!!
We love to grill on our smoker/BBQ year round. We definitely needed a set of strong tongs to work well throughout our grilling processes. When I saw this pair of tongs, I was sold on ordering them. They are 12â long, there are 2 of them, with scalloped edges for gripping food easier, and the best part is that they are stainless steel.When these tongs first arrived, I realized right away that these were above the grade from what we have had before. You can tell by holding them that they are a grade above. I really enjoy that they have the piece at the end that allows me to lock it in place. These tongs, stainless steel tongs, are fantastic to grill with, cook indoors with, or use with salads.Another of my favorite qualities about these tongs is that since they are 12â long, they keep your hands away from extra heat. The price for the set of these tongs is fantastic. There are truly so many fantastic qualities with these tongs that they would make an excellent gift for wedding presents, birthdays, Fatherâs Day, etc.

Good tongs for grilling or general cooking.
These are pretty straight forward. A set of two tongs good for grilling griddling, or general cooking. The tongs are dishwasher safe, lightweight, and will lock closed. They’re stainless steel, and will work stick to a magnet bar well enough to keep them handy during cooking, but for storage, I’d use a hook.They’re color coded, so you can use one set for raw and the other set for cooked foods to avoid cross contamination.The spring is strong enough to be firm, but not so strong as to be hard to operate. Just all in all, a nice dual set of tongs.

Good length; comfortable to hold; great for salads and fries; good for small/medium grilling.
For most of what I do with tongs, these work very well. They are a good weight and balance, and the silicone padding keeps them secure in the hand. Their large paddles can grab full servings of salads or french fries, and easily pull heavy slabs of meat from the grill. Are they commercial grade or as good as, say, Oxo tongs? No. The edges on these are not so smoothly polished â though not sharp enough to cut you â and the insides of the arms are not rolled to prevent potential pinching. Also, though the metal is certainly strong and nicely polished, the action of these during use is not as tight or smooth as the aforementioned. They are not flimsy by any means, they just click and clack a bit. All said, they get the job done at a price point making them hard to beat, so CharlieP says, if youâre looking to save some coin on some pretty decent general use tongsâ¦get these.

These tongs work well. I like the top lock function. Just pull the little ring at the top to keep them in a closed position. They wash well in the dishwasher. They are big enough for meats on the grill or small enough for a salad. I like the subtle teeth design to help grip things a little better. They are versatile and a nice add to my utensils, I like that it was a set of 2.

I am a little disappointed because is not as strong as I want it to be, what I meant is it the holding is not sturdy enough. A heavy piece of food will fell off because the holding is not sturdy and tight. Is okay for salad, chips, and light items.

Awesome set of tongs
First impressions: heavy and sturdy material. Very easy to hold and grip onto. I was trying to move away from using the plastic tongs because they can melt with high heat. These worked great with pasta, meat and veggies. However, because they are metal, I would be careful with non-stick pans because these can scratch them.Overall, great purchase. I would recommend these.

This pair of tall grilling tongs are solid but lightweight, sturdy, and great quality. Iâll use one in my kitchen for oven broiling or baking and one on my patio for barbecuing. Wash in hot, soapy water. As you can see in my photo, the tongs fold tight when not in use. To close, pull the ring at the bottom. Iâm very pleased with my order and look forward to getting lots of use from these cooking tools.

Long and Strong, but Doesn’t Lock As Tightly As I Would Like
First of all, these work great. They are nice and long, they pick up food easily, and they are not too difficult to clean. I’m not giving them 5 stars because they don’t lock completely closed. I wanted the tongs to be touching when locked. Instead, they lock with a gap between the tongs, thus not being as slim as they could be if they were all the way closed. I have had other tongs that lock completely closed, but these ones do not.
