This is the first silicone pan worth a darn!
This pan is perfect. It release the food cleanly every time, weather right out of the oven or after cooling for a bit. It cleans up easily. There is no need to use any kind of release agent (butter, oil etc.) It does not absorb odors or colors. After being disappointed with other brands, this will be the only brand I will buy in the future. As with all silicone bakeware, it is not dimensionally stable when full. So put it on a cookie sheet before you fill it and save yourself a mess.

My New Favorite Muffin Pan !!
I had been using regular metal muffin tins for a long time. I bought this pan after spending 20 minutes trying to scrub remnants out of my “non-stick” muffin tin. Tried it. Its awesome.I couldn’t help but compare it to traditional metal muffin tins, so just a clarification that’s my reference point. This was my first time to try silicone bakeware and there are significant differences with the metal pans (some good, others not so much). I followed the instructions and lightly greased each cup with a little bit of oil, and the muffins easily pooped out when I pushed from the bottom. That was truly amazing. Here are my thoughts after baking with it a few times:PROS:CLEANS VERY EASILY. You can see how it compares with my metal tin in the pictures. There’s barely any sticking which makes it easy to clean.Muffins just pops out. Any spillage on the pan just bakes and falls off as well.Muffins brown perfectly – just as well as metal muffin tins.Cools More quickly than metal pans.CONS:Very flexible. I had to put it on a metal cookie sheet to take it in and out of the oven easily.I had to increase baking time a bit in order to get a nice brown finish on my muffins, since these pans don’t get as hot as metal.Overall, I’ve had a good experience and I like the silicone muffin pan. I’ll definitely be trying out different recipes later on.

    Nifty Pans!
I keep a continuous stock of bran muffins in the freezer and eat them for breakfast. I was looking to save money on the muffin cups. I made my first large batch of muffins a few weeks ago after purchasing four of the silicone pans. This was an experiment. I tried cooling on the counter, cooling in the refrigerator and not cooling. Pulling muffins out of the non-cooled pans did not work so well. Pulling muffins out of the refrigerator cooled pans worked the very best. I left the pan in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes after cooking.I noticed that the two center cups did not cook as well so I plan to put a little less batter in them the next time I bake. I also noticed that in general, I needed to cook my muffins a little longer in these cups to fully bake them. Instead of 16 minutes, I cooked them for 22 minutes and they did much better. I did not spray the cups and the muffins cooled in the refrigerator came out of the cups with no problem. Next time I may try experimenting with a non-stick spray vs. the cooling time in the refrigerator to see if it makes any difference. Altogether, I am very pleased with the pans! Summary:Pros: Flexible pans – easy to store. No muffin cups needed. Muffins come out of cooled pans with no issues. Dishwasher (lower rack) cleanup was no problem after removing heavy soil.Cons: Center cups did not cook as well (manageable; not a major issue). Need to compensate cooking time to fully cook muffins.

Non-stick, easy to use and clean
I use muffin pans to make mini-frittatas, and I prefer these silicone pans over the traditional metal pans. I pop one of these on a baking sheet, add some chopped veggies (whatever I have on hand, whatever is in season), sometimes some type of meat (bacon, ham, sausage), eggs whisked with chopped fresh herbs, and top with grated cheese. Bake — they pop out of the silicone easily, let cool for about 15 minutes, then onto a plate and into the freezer; then into a zipper lock bag. I pull out one or two for breakfast. Heaven! This silicone muffin pan is as good as I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve used them several times already (I purchased two), and have absolutely no complaints at all. As with most silicone bakeware, you need to set this pan on a cookie or baking sheet before filling and placing in the oven.Bottom line: good quality, solid performance, highly recommended. 5 stars.

    Perfect for egg muffins!
My kids and I made mini omelets in in a traditional metal cupcake pan…what a disaster! Not the cooking part, but the clean-up. To make a long story very short I ended up throwing away my two steel cupcake pans that I’ve had for the last 25 years because the clean up was virtually impossible. We really like the mini omelets but I needed to find a better way to cook and be able to clean up afterwards. After much research and reading literally hundreds of reviews, I decided the Keliwa was the one I’d try. It arrived quickly (thank you amazon prime) and worked like a dream. There wasn’t any weird smell and the pan itself didn’t turn white or discolor when turning the molds out. I wanted to try it a couple of times before reviewing it so I could give my honest opinion. As the directions and many other people state, you have to put this on a pan of some kind to move it around because it is flexible. We liked this pan so much in fact, we bought a second one! Now our family of six can prep breakfast for the week quickly and easily! Seriously, clean up was easy and this is hands down one of my favorite purchases of 2018.
