I got this because i thought it was cute but it ended up being the best purchase for my kitchen ever. These boards are made of a beautiful bamboo which is sustainable. I appreciate them for that fact. There are 4 so you can keep trays separate and reduce risk of cross contaminating while you prepare.These are smaller than most cutting boards and they are all the same size : they are 12.6″ x 9″. The smaller size is perfect for apartments, small kitchens, and travel homes/rv’s.I just got them used them to prepare stir fry. It was nice have one board for meat and another for the veggies.The grooves in the vegetable, fish, meat and bread tray are very practical. The juice should stay on the board and not on the counter. Same for the crumbs.It comes with it’s own holder that the trays slide into without taking up a lot of counter space.It’s a quality product.

The design with labels for different food to cut and the holder is nice. However, after 4 gentle uses, the veggie board started to show cracks in the wood.Manufacturer contacted me and rectified the situation. This one board may have just been a lemon. They have great customer service so Iâm amending my review.

The concept of having different labels is good. That’s the main reason I purchased this; however, after less than 3 months of usage, the board already has a horozental crack line. =( Maybe bamboo is just too soft for chopping board usage.update – after I poseted the original review, their rep reached out & refunded full purchase amount. I added back two stars for their willingness to keep customer happy.

CRACKS IN HALF AFTER 3 USES! Hand washed, never soaked in water.
I ordered these cutting boards because I love the idea of having individual boards for each food group to avoid cross contamination. However, after using the vegetable board three times, it is already cracking, and there is no information on Amazon to contact the seller/manufacturer. We hand wash the cutting boards and it is never been soaked in water. Definitely a waste of money.
