So far so good! Finally the right size, has side handle, glass top fits perfectly
I wanted a carbon steel wok. I bought all new bamboo cooking utensils to use with it; such a huge upgrade from my old scratchy “teflon-coating-coming-off” wok which i just have not trusted for long time re food safety. Was time for a change for health, versatility, much bigger wok yet still fits fine on my tiny studio apartment stove. Cooks evenly and well.I searched for many many hours before buying this…. Just to get a wok with a lid for under $100 was just ridiculous; and 80% of woks on Amazon that initially LOOK good and sleek, you notice do NOT have any side handle to help manage the wok on stove. DON’T BE FOOLED — this is the only one that had the side handle and the glass top, for a far more reasonable price than the typical overpriced stuff.

It works well, but a longer handle that you can grip easily while stirring was sorely lacking. I like the flat bottom, works well on my gas stove and having a glass lid is icing on the cake. Nice size, wouldn’t want anything larger for my needs.

Just Outstanding! Well built and designed to do the job. Instructions for break-in was clear and understandable. After cleaning and oiling with heat. Break-in takes some time which is a benefit for cooking.Never have to buy box, bag, can food when I can eat fresh and fast. My system is use sunflower seed oil for high heat, cook my protein first, pull up on side of WOK, add oil, stir fry veggies, then, combined, add seasoning sauce and its done in 5 minutes…..Less eat! Highly recommend from an old Cowboy at the Texas Hunting camp.

Impossible to season
How do you season a wok that has some sort of coating or finish? l followed the directions and watched my oil continue to drain off each time. I them did a stir-fry with liberal amounts of avocado oil and after dinner I had a wok with burned in char that I won’t come off. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Saludos llego bien empaquetado en la fecha de entrega programada todo bien producto nuevo la verdad muy bonito y se ve que es de buena calidad ya lo lave lo cure y ya lo use es mi primer wok y me siento como un chef cuando lo uso y lo voy a usar mucho ya que cocino todos los dÃas si algo sale mal les estare informando.
