I have never been much of a baker, but this lovely tart pan has brought great success for my efforts. Each crust is lovey to behold. The conductivity of the pan is uniform so there are no hot spots. The non -stick finish makes for easy removal of the tart to a serving tray or board and fast, easy clean-up. Nice quality too.

This one measures up even though it is slightly thinner.Another reviewer positively mentioned liking the included parchment paper rounds, and I agree this is a good addition. I plan to make a Linzer tart with my first use of the pan.
