You do have to assemble it as it comes in 2 pieces with a simple screw into the handle. Great Grill Pan!
The size of this pan is great for grilling meats! Lots of room for grilling family dinners! It’s completely nonstick which is super helpful (especially when cleaning the grill pan)! The handle has a rubber around it, so it can’t be put in an oven, and is the only “complaint” I have for this. But, it’s still very functional, easy to use, easy to clean, and provides a great finished product!

I absolutely love this pan. It works great for cooking foods evenly. I particularly like using it for grilling things like sausages and chicken that render a lot of grease. With the ridges, the meats aren’t lying in the grease, so they don’t require draining or patting the excess fat from them like they do when cooked in an ordinary flat-bottomed skillet. This cleans up beautifully with just a rinse and a wipe with a cloth. I don’t generally wash non-stick cookware in the dishwasher, so it is unlikely I will be testing that anytime soon. I highly recommend.
