Well made and effective
This spatula, with its sturdy construction and helpful blade angle, will help you lift fish, meats and other foods from the sauté pan with ease. So far, it has been better than thicker spatulas for getting under and loosening foods sticking to the pan. Great for delicate foods, thus preserving whole fish fillets and crab cakes.

Good flipper
A good set of flippers. I got this set so I could leave one in our RV and have one for home. They work just fine! The quality seems average to fine. I’m not sure how long they will last, but I know the one in the RV won’t get used as much as the one we keep at home.I would recommend these to others.

Not as thin as I’d expected but a well made short spatula
This is a pretty spatula, all stainless steel, quite well made with shiny, smooth polished finish, no sharp edges. It’s not as thin as I’d thought – I’ve seen spatulas in this exact design that are much thinner and bend when you press the blade, but this one is stiffer and does not bend (although it’s shaped with a slight bend so not completely flat). I’d say that on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being the thinnest (the bending type), this one would be a 3, so it’s thin enough for turning omelets and pancakes but not thin enough for scraping cookies off the baking pan (see photo for comparison with a level 2 thinner one). Anyway despite it not being as thin as I’d expected, it’s a quality spatula and I really like the shape and if you cook a lot in frying pans like I do this is a spatula you’ll want to have around.

Mediocre and Flimsy
This spatula is both mediocre and flimsy. The part where the spatula attaches to the handle is really bad, and will break easily with any type of extended use. I’ve already thrown it in the trash, because it bent with little pressure. I have a plastic spatula just like this, and it works much better. The design of this spatula needs work, and it can be great. But as it is, it is just so-so, and I’m less than impressed.

Great spatula
Upon opening the package, I liked the round handle, which felt good to hold, but I was very disappointed with the length; just 4â. But then I realized that itâs a better balance for flipping something large, or lifting something heavy, and I tested my theory by flipping a 9â quesadilla. It worked! Usually, I would turn the quesadilla onto a plate and slide it back into the pan. So this spatula has proven success.I have two other stainless-steel spatulas, and this one is the best because of the very thin, extra-long surface. Itâs easy to slide under anything to lift or flip, without the food falling apart â or to the floor! Plus, it’s a good-looking tool in my utensil holder.

Nicely made
The Tafond 11.8inch Stainless Steel Spatula is great for small fish fillets, eggs, even crepes. The edge is thin, which is perfect for delicate foods. I use these spatulas for every day cooking. I prefer them to the regular ones.One thing I will note, typically when buying a spatula, the length given is for the actual surface of the spatula and does not include the handle. The surface is about 5 1/2 inches long. The rest is the handle. It’s nice for smaller fillets.
