I LOVE IT
I wasn’t too sure about a titanium cutting board. I mean, cutting on metal?? I took the risk though, as I was intrigued by not having bacteria gather in the board or plastic entering my food. Now, let me tell you .. this is an AMAZING product. We should have been using titanium cutting boards all along! They are perfect. Cutting is smooth and quiet. The board is a dream to clean up. And it is safer and more hygienic. I am totally converted. I will use nothing but titanium cutting boards for the rest of my life. I bought the small and the large! Just amazing!

Sharp edges and slippery
This is a very solid cutting board and I like everything about it except the potential risk of slicing my fingers on the sharp edges. I have to be very careful when handling this. I also have to place this on top of a dishcloth to stop it from sliding on my counter top. Dishwasher safe is great!

Description claims scratch resistant.
Shocking that the first time we used it to cut a few veggies for salad for two people, that the scratches showed up . And they are deep enough to hold bacteria. Not a serrated knife even. hubby used a paring knife. I have also read in the comments (after we ordered it) that itâs NOT titanium, but stainless steel with a small , less than one percent of titanium. And itâs not light for its small size either.

Head and shoulders above plastic or wood
I do love this cutting board, but it does show knife marks. Allegedly, all shiny surfaces will. I gave it four stars because I think I read that it DOESN’T show knife marks. This “board” is kinder than stainless steel on your knives and it cleans up in a snap. I just stand it up with the cookie sheets/trays when not in use. I’d hang for even more convenience if I had the space. Bye-bye plastic!

Works well
After reading more and more about the potential unhealthful effects of using plastic and/or wooden cutting boards, we decided to try this stainless steel board. It works well, is really easy to move to a table if anyone needs to sit for prep, and is easy to wash, and store. Definitely a nice addition to our kitchen.

Arrived scratched and is not Titanium
Nice packaging, tho still arrived scratched. Titanium is a brand name that the company uses and not a description of the material, which appears to be polished stainless steel. I dont know. The inventory sticker even says stainless. Another reviewer even posted an assessment of the alloy. I would just use cheap knives on this if youâre going to keep it. Iâm returning it.
