These seem pretty good
For years, I was using a couple of somewhat flimsy cookie cooling racks set within an enamel roasting pan to cook meats elevated off of the bottom. I broke one of them (or it split where it’s joined). Plus they’re really hard to clean off cooked-on meat residue. So I bought the “Baker’s Secret Roaster with Rack 17″ x 13″ and Handles”, which has a very sturdy rack perfect for meats. These replacement racks will only be used for baking. They seem a little bit sturdier than my old racks, and easy to clean.

Flimsy!
This is a waste of money, it’s flimsy so that it won’t keep your baked goods elevated to cool. I also will not keep it’s shape due to it being so flimsy. So, don’t waste your money.

Purchase for the intended useð
I didnât purchase this product to cool off my baking of cookies, muffins, cakes, etc. etc.I did purchase these baking racks because they fit my sink to keep my dish pan from destroying my sink. They have lasted a very long time very low rust. So just think how long they would last if I use them for their purpose.
