Small, sturdy rack; good service
I bought it to dry hand-made soap. The rack was straightforward to assemble. The finished rack is small, sturdy and easy to roll around. The original rack was flawed, preventing assembly; the response from lopeztek was swift and they sent a replacement in short order. I am quite happy with the rack and the service from lopeztek.The slots handle half and quarter sheet trays well. The perforated half-sheet pans I’m using are aluminum and won’t be suitable for cold process soap. The stainless steel half-sheet cooling racks also work, but I have had to add strips of foam board to the sides of the slots so that they racks don’t move to far to the side and fall through. You can see them in the first photo on the side of racks 2-5. They are held on with binder clips. The second photo is just measurements (not to scale) that I would have liked to have seen before I ordered.

Dirty and poor quality
Just received and opened this bakery rack and it is FILTY with black stuff and smells like very strong chemicals (not metal). Have to wipe the whole thing down before I can even assemble as it is making my hands dirty. Will probably return. Wondering if thatâs normal for it to come dirty like this. See pics- they donât really do it justice. Blue rag is after wiping off one small section.

For the price, its a great deal. Super easy to assemble. Useful and does what it’s supposed to. It is a bit flimsy compared to an actual commercial speed rack. Overall, a good purchase!

Edges are sharp and the product feels flimsy
