Its the right length
So many bread knives arenât long enough for wide loaves. This one is.

Almost as good as sliced bread
I’ve been using this knife to cut my non-pre-sliced thick sprouted wheat bagels. While such a long knife is a bit of overkill for this purpose, it gets the job done! And looks nice doing it.

Pretty knife, could be thinner at the serration
This is a beautiful knife. It is well balanced and comfortable in a larger hand. It is relatively sharp however, the blade spine is quite thick and the taper is such that the serrated edge is actually quite thick as well. Looking at the serrated edge, the reflection thicker at the serration than my other bread knives. The back end of the serration is .088 thick on this knife while my other knives range from .062 to about .075. This translates into more of a sawing than cutting action. Comparing this knife to my other bread knives it is not as sharp or cut as easily as the $20 Mercer that is a few years old.It comes in a thin box in a plastic molded shell. Its a pretty knife but not a giftable box..088mm .062mm

It’s Sharp
I’ve been upping my bread baking skills and wanted a larger knife to tackle the boule I’ve been making lately. This is a good knife at a great price. The handle feels good in your hand, the blade isn’t flimsey and has held up to daily usage. This is a great ‘starter’ knife and will have you slicing bread like a pro.

Too LARGE
It seems about 2 feet long. Not comfortable to use because it is thick and so loooooong.

Great knife, a very welcome addition to my kitchen.
I had a bread knife that was about 15 years old but was very damaged lol I came across this and decided to give it a try. The knife has a 10in serrated blade and a 5in handle so it is not small, but I like that. The handle is made of a real solid great looking dark colored wood. The knife blade is stainless steel and just has a very premium feel to it. I mainly use it to cut freshly baked loaves of bread my girlfriend makes, but I have also used it to cut other foods like burgers and sandwiches in half or smaller pieces for my kids. This knife cuts through bread easily and keeps you from pressing down on your bread too much ruining your sandwich or loaf of bread. This knife is very well made, and I can see me having this knife for years to come.

Sharp and Gets the Job Done!
Nothing like a nice sharp serrated knife to slice through bread without mangling the loaf! I have been using an ancient bread knife for years – who knows why – and this is like slicing through butter. Serrated edge is thin enough that it doesn’t catch and tear at the loaf, which is very nice. Handle is a little small in circumference so if you have a very large hand you may not like this, but I found it very comfortable.
