At this price, I expected flimsy pans, but these are actually very sturdy, polished, stainless steel. They are absolutely perfect for 13 inch or smaller pizzas.If you have a 13 inch pizza oven, you need these pans. I only wish P&P Chef would make a plastic lid for these pizza trays, as we often have a few slices left over and would like to leave these in the fridge on the tray for reheating in the oven (not m/w) later. Iâve bought a few more of their products with the plastic lids and Iâm so very pleased with all of these, as these can go into the oven (not the plastic lids though), can go into the freezer too and can go the d/w, although we actually hand-wash these and keep sharp knives away so as not to scratch them.
