I also love the color!My favorite part is that, upon inspection, I realized that the cord is actually retractable into the base of the kettle! The cord is about 24â long when fully extended and winds back up into the base for easy storage (this has become one of my favorite features!) It fits right in a drawer when not in use, very nice for small spaces like mine!Apart from that, this little thing is great, makes hot water in just a few minutes. It holds just enough for one cup of tea or coffee so if youâre looking for something more, this little guy is not for you.When you take it off of the base after heating, the outside and bottom of the kettle is warm, but not hot â no need for potholders! It pours well, without leaking, except for a bit of steam coming out from the top at times (which it has a warning label for).It can be a tad noisy at times as it heats, but it doesnât bother me in my situation. I use this beautiful little pot to heat water for my tea which it does very quickly. I am thrilled that it is small enough to tuck into a corner when not in use. Besides the “cuteness” of it, a wonderful bonus is that it shuts off when the water reaches a rolling boil — no need to worry about boiling dry. Would highly recommend!

Stainless steel should not rust
Looks nice, works well, BUT rust spots developed in crease between side and bottom. Tried to polish out with vinegar as suggested, but to no avail. Spots cannot be removed. Will have to ask for exchange.

A good size 2- cup to quickly heat water for rinsing my mouth, I canât use cold water and Iâm choosing to not use fluoridated water, I can now quickly warm my distilled water when I forget to turn on the warming plate I was using before. Heats very quickly to boiling; turns off on its own. Now I can heat and let it cool off over time for the right temperature. Itâs attractive and takes up less room than the warming plate. Iâm pleased with this purchase.
