I got this in September 2023, still great Jan 20I’ve used it multiple times a day 6 days a week. As fast as it says, the perfect size for me, and auto shut off works perfectly. Never hot to the touch. Lid is perfect amount of tightness, doesn’t leak when pouring but easy enough to take out with one hand for filling. Quiet enough that I’m using it during virtual meetings and no one hears it. It’s nice and stable my side table. And here’s something I really appreciate: when the water completes boiling, there’s no annoying digital loud beeps. Instead, I can hear the click of the on off button switch to off. OMG how I love that I can hear when the water is ready but no one on my virtual meetings has to hear a beeping sound. The pleasing manual sounding click is perfect. It’s perfect.

AMAZING! However the instructions are not accurate.
This little jewel is amazing. It heated the water to boiling in less than 2 minutes. I plan to take this when I travel. However there is one hitch in the instructions. There is a safety switch at the top of the handle. You have to push that down before the red light will come on and start the heating process. I read the instructions again just to make sure I hadn’t missed that part. But it does not say that is one of the steps. So if you decide to buy one of these, make sure you press that safety switch to make it heat before you think you bought a defective product. That’s what I thought at first until I discovered the safety switch.

The black ones maybe defective. The two I received certainly were.
I purchased the black one. I opened the box and put the kettle on top of the heating base. The kettle didnât sit flush on the base, which caused the kettle to rock back and forth. It would be incredibly dangerous to use the kettle in that state. I requested to exchange the original kettle with the exact replacement. I received the replacement two days ago. Not only did the new one have the same defect, but this kettle had also been sent back by someone else and instead of it being destroyed, it sent to me.
