- 2 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup (112g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup (168g) packed gentle brown sugar
- 2 massive eggs
- 2 cups (450g) mashed bananas (about 4 massive ripe bananas)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick spray and put aside.
