Great for small bakery business owner
These small pans are a hit! I am a small home bakery business owner and these pans help get the job done. I had no problem baking with them, I simply sprayed cooking spray on them before using them. Cakes come out nicely. These are great for gifts and for selling small baked goods. I love the color options as well. The bonus is the lids that fit nicely on and the spoons! Definitely will continue to purchase.

Cute but flimsy lids
Made some of the cutest little mini cakes, but the material is pretty flimsy. Had to tape the lids on so they would stay securely on top.

ILL fitting lids
I learned a whole new set of unmentionable words as I tried frantically to fit the lids on these. Spend the extra couple of bucks and get the ones with labels that wrap around the pan!! Most of the lids were so ill fitting that the frosting was all over the lids!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Small serving size
I bought these for a bake sale and thought the aluminum pans would work well for angel food cake. These are probably better suited for a more traditional cake or quick bread. It worked ok but the serving size was very small. So while I might slice an entire angel food cake into 8-10 slices, the same batter used up 16 pans. I was also surprised (my fault for not reading the description closely) that there were only 30 pans with 30 lids – thatâs how they get to 60 pieces. Not the best value really for a one-time use item. The lids were finicky and I had to tape them on to be sure they stayed because any crimp in the foil and the lid doesnât fit well. Iâll use up the remaining pans at the next bake sale and they did look cute. However, I donât think I will be purchasing again unless I find some at a much better price.
