This makes all the difference when cooking ground meat. I hate single use kitchen items that take up so much room in the drawers, but this one is an exception. It makes breaking up the block of meat into uniform pieces an absolute breeze. The meat cooks faster and evenly when chopped up with this gadget.I’m planning to try it with some cooked chicken to see if it helps to shred it, I think it might. It works! Best for sausage! Press and twist, let the meat cook a bit, then stir. Leave the meat bits as big as you want. Tiny for hot dog chile or big for lasagna! Bought this one far someone who said they couldnât break up ground beef aS well as I did!!!
