Counter space is back
Microwave works perfectly. Matches the stove better than the original. I like the dark color on the inside. The previous Microwave was white and always looked dingy even after cleaning. This one is easy to clean. Love it!

Good microwave
I bought it to replace our old microwave that died after 20 years of service.The product is solid. Installation was uneventful – I even could partially re-use the holes from the old microwave (which was also GE). It works (knock-knock) for the last 6 months without issues.Although I would like the interface to be slightly more intuitive… but this one is fine too.

Cheap feeling
This is our third microwave in 25 years. The last one was eleven years old and just quit one day. This is the one my husband replaced it with. The display is nice – bright and large letters/numbers. The functions are simple and not overdone. But we both agree it just feels and sounds so cheap and we don’t expect this will last 10 years.

Needed something to replace an over-the-stove microwave that broke down. This was one of the few that had the correct measurements, but it turned out to be a great choice. We’re very happy with it.

I’ve only had it installed for a week. The advertised measurements were spot on. (This was a replacement) The oven arrived very quickly and was easy to install. Only you have good arm strength. Otherwise have a helper.

Over range microwave
The Microwave is really nice. It works great. The photos regarding the features is noting that I found a dent after the microwave was installed. Iâd taken a photo and sent to the installer before installation. I did not realize there was a dent on the top of the frame at that time.

Looks Great, Sounds Horrible
We love the look of this microwave and the price was decent. It has the features we are looking for and the vent is strong enough while cooking. The biggest issue is the noise (excessively loud buzzing when starting the microwave that then dies down). This happens each time we start it up. We can hear the loud buzz from 2 rooms away. I understand microwaves have some noise/buzzing sound when starting, but this is beyond what we’ve experienced with other microwaves.

Missing parts
When item was opened turntable was broken luckily I had another one. Then the bar was bent the part that attaches to the wall. Then there was suppose to be a charcoal filter kit it was not. I look underneath the microwave that’s already hung on the wall today August 31st and there’s two slots on each side that have something that’s missing I’m assuming the charcoal filter goes in one side but what goes in the other side I ordered new charcoal filters that’s supposed to be for this actual oven which they do not fit I have to send those back I just like to know what is supposed to be in these two spots cuz it’s empty. This microwave is not making me happy at this moment it is also noisy.
