I’ve had many different types pf pie pans over the years, from metal to ceraminc to glass, as well as different brands of pie pans. Every pan had at least one flaw, from uneven heating, to partially burnt crusts, to warping (the metal ones), to glass and ceramic ones breaking after being placed in the oven. But no more, with these Mora pans. They are fantastic, heat up evenly, maintain the set oven temperature, and are easy to clean. About one year ago I bought my first Mora Ceramin Deep Fluted Pie Dish and loved it. In-between then and now when I bought this second pie dish from Mora, I have had the remainder of my old pie plates crash and burn, so to speak, so it was with great pleasure that I purchased another one. I have found the perfect pie plate for baking!

I havenât used these yet, but I was very pleased with how well they were packaged. Iâve been looking for a deep dish pie pan that didnât break the bank. And these are absolutely perfect, and beautifully glazed. The creamy white glaze has little speckles in it, which I couldnât see from the pictures online, but love. These are perfect for deep dish pies, meat pies or holding fruit. I highly recommend.
