These take heat well. I fit an entire fillet of salmon for 17 minutes. I have in the photo a drumstick chicken baking and then yes I plan on baking another batch of cake mix by Duncan Hines. I should keep updating you with more photo.Aluminum baskets should storage store your food fine, it comes without lids. You might have to buy those separately. Throw them in dish washer. I also bake a Hebrew Kosher National hotdog one or two at a time: thats how it fits. 10 baskets for $6 dollars was the sale. Happy with that price and the product and i buy these in the future. They really sturdy for a flimsy basket so do not try bend them Thanks

These mini-pans arrived in excellent condition, and are of EXCELLENT QUALITY. Even with the accurate measurements listed, I didnât realize what â1/2 lb loaf panâ would look like. These are DECEIVINGLY SMALLâ¦BUT, at 2/3 full, (allowing for rise) measured 7.5-8 fluid oz/16 Tbsp.; the EQUIVALENT of 2 MUFFIN/CUPCAKES. I made YEAST BREAD, 100 grams of dough in each pan-My equivalent of 2 DINNER ROLLS. Pansâ SIDES HELD FIRM during rise; and baking. Height of slightly domed loaf was even w/pan. I could easily have added 10-15 gr. for a taller loaf. Used a parchment sling for easy removal/cooling; but the unlined ends did not stick. Pans fit perfectly in the bottom of lunch size gift sacks. Iâll be ordering more.
