The Bellemain Premium Steak Knife Set is a beautiful high-tech modern looking set of steak knives. They are a bit larger than I had expected, as the product photos give the knives an almost deceptively slimmer appearance. This isn’t a bad thing. The larger size makes this cutlery feel like a knife that can hold up. The points are adequately sharp and the blade edge seems like it will last for some time. The weight of each piece feels adequately balanced, likely owing to their full tang manufacture.
That full tang gives these knives a solidness without feeling too heavy and they feel great in the hand. My partner, who didn’t seem initially sold on them before they arrived, instantly took a liking to them. Our first use of them was with a ribeye steak, which these cut through like the proverbial hot knife through butter. The second time we utilized them was on a decently thick New York strip steak. The Bellemain knives cut smoothly and effortlessly, with no dragging or food residue. Even tougher cuts of meat were no match.
I’m pleased to say that these knives were a good investment. I fully intend to get another set of four to round out the collection at some point. I only wish they had other similarly styled cutlery to match, as the closest visual match I’ve been able to find has the three hash marks on the handle going the opposite direction. I suppose, in a way, That just means they’ll stand out even among similarly looking cutlery.
Again, that isn’t a bad thing.

These are the best knives I have ever owned
I decided to splurge on good steak knives this year. I found these at such a good price, I had to try them. They exceeded my expectations by far. They’re sturdy , razor sharp and look classy. They cut through steak like butter. Awesome knives that are also made in USA. I would recommend these to anyone who wants great knives.

Fantastic knives!
I did a ton of research on steak knives because I’ve been upgrading my entire cutlery collection piece by piece. I want knives that are high-quality, sharp, and comfortable to hold, and I want pieces that I don’t have to replace for a long time. Anyway, this set came up a few times and the overall reviews are outstanding. The price is good and I like the look.
We’ve used them a few times and have been extremely pleased with them. They feel great and are well balanced. They cut beautifully and clean up great. Hand washing is a must, and I’ve made sure to do that and store them properly, so I’m positive these will last a long time to come.
Note: I haven’t experienced any rust spots on these, but I know there are some reviewers who have (which is the case for literally ANY cutlery brand). Rusting can happen to ANY knife, no matter how well made — there are a lot of factors that can lead to rust spots (especially not caring for them properly to a t), but it’s not the end of the world. There are a ton of super helpful articles and videos available online that address the hows and whys of rust on knives, and that offer easy tips to get rid of rust spots.

I purchased these to replace an old set of steak knives. These are nice looking and I really like how they feel in my hand, they are not super light weight which feels nice. The blade is not riveted to the handle so there is no chance of it becoming loose. I also like the serrated blade which is sharper so it will cut and not tear the meat. I would recommend these to others.

Sharp, Easy To Hold, Dishwasher Safe
I was concerned that these knives would not be very good because of the low price (compared to name brands). I liked that they were advertised as dishwasher safe because I do not like to hand wash dishes or utensils. I have run them through the dishwasher a few times and they are spotless. No rust, no pitting. I read somewhere that problems like that could be related to the brand and kind of detergent used in the dishwasher. That might explain why some people have no issues and others mention pitting or staining. I use the dishwasher’s “Sanitize” feature so they are heated to 150+degrees – and no issues. I use Cascade Platinum detergent.
I like the look, the feel and the cutting ability of the knives. And so far (about 10 days) no issues!

They cut well, and straight, & Look good.
I liked these knives very much. Had them about a month, or so, and use them daily. They are the only knife I use now, while all others sit in the drawer.
PROS:
* Nice feel in the hand. No burrs, or cheap feeling materials.
* Heavy enough to feel solid, but not so heavy to make the hand tired.
* They are holding up in the dishwasher – daily. No water stains thus far, and no rust.
* They cut through meat easily, and quickly. I don’t see any shredded meat, just a clean cut.
* They cut ‘straight’ through Avocados & Tomatoes. Who knew? I’ve never seen that with an angled blade like this before.
Usually, the angle forces a curve in the cut on veggies, but these do a great job, every day at lunch.
CONS: Price is pretty high. I know, some people love to say, you get what you pay for, but these are pretty pricey for 4 knives. They’re nice, but not sure any steak knife is worth this much.
That said, I will be buying a second set, if they hold up for another month or so. At this price, the first set was a test run. Once I’m sure they’ll last, I’ll go the extra $$ to get the other 4 knives. I’ll grumble, but I’ll pay it. I really do like them a lot, and I’ve been through a few cheaper sets in the last few years, always unhappily.

Best steak knife weâve ever owned. Purchased set of 6 then sets of 4 & 8 came available so we purchased the set of 4 to make 10. Probably more than weâll need as we donât entertain as much now but weâll have them if we need them.
Excellent serration on the blade makes for smooth cuts and donât tear through meats. Well constructed, balanced and they look sharp. Definitely good value.
