Perfect for bread
I keep this in my oven always, but mostly I just bake bread. Sometimes I put it right on the stone (on parchment paper), sometimes I put the bread pans or a sheet with free-form loaves on it. It distributes the heat evenly and is just the right size and weight. It finally broke when I put a frozen lasagna in a glass dish on it. I’ll get another.

Great for Gas Oven
Using this in an RV gas oven for everything that can be cooked on the stone. It has helped bistro ute the gas heat evenly. I have found it fairly easy to clean. Only concern is I had one before which cracked after 3 uses. This one is holding up great, believe I just got a flawed one the first time. I would by this again!

Perfect oven temperature
We RV full time and we have the normal oven for RVs. I love to bake and just couldn’t get things to come out the way they normally did in my big oven. A friend told me to put this in the bottom of my oven where the enamel surround is closest over the flame. Its great being able to have fresh baked things again.

Pampered Chef’s website indicates this stone has a 3 year warranty. I purchased it on amazon. Two years later, the stone cracked in my oven. I filed a warranty claim with Pampered Chef complete with a copy of the original invoice and photo, and this was their verbatim response: “Products purchased through a third party (such as Craigslist, Amazon, eBay, or at a yard sale) are not guaranteed.” What company refuses to honor their warranty solely because you purchased the item on Amazon. Outrageous!

Have always liked pampered chef items, especially baking stones
Bought this for my daughter. I have 4 stones already, 2 round and 2 rectangular. They are great for baking my shortbread cookies, gives them a nice golden underside and they are flakier than using a normal cookie sheet

Awesome product
I have made so far 5 different types of pizza while using this pizza stone. For the price it works great and with only a little flour on it the dough does not stick. It is heavy and made from good quality. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a pizza stone for their kitchen.

Endlich ein Pizzastein der nicht ewig lange im Ofen vorgeheizt werden muss. Die Pizza, fischstäbchen, Gebäck oder was auch immer auf den kalten Stein geben und einfach in den vorgeheizten Ofen. Wird alles toll knusprig. Der Stein ist auch leicht zu reinigen. Ein kleiner Schaber liegt bei, den ich allerdings noch nicht gebraucht habe. Einfach unter klarem Wasser mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen – fertig

Da ich unbedingt einen Stein wollte, den ich nicht ewig erst vorheizen muss fiel die Wahl automatisch auf “the pampered Chef”Ich bin absolut zufrieden und nutze den Stein gerne!Da man sowas in der Regel auch nur einmal kauft, sehe ich auch kein Problem im höheren Preis gegenüber vergleichsprodukten.Würde ich jedem weiter empfehlen.
