I purchased these because I wanted to make crème brûlée. After looking at the various options, I chose this set because they looked like they would be easier to clean. These dishes didn’t have fluted/ crinkled edges so I predicted baked items would slip out easier. This turned out to be TRUE and they rinse out beautifully. They were packed very well with nested padding and solid outer box. The have a lovely deep blue finish, and have held up to oven use and come out of the dishwasher in great shape.
