These are sharp, and seem like solid good quality. The small chopping knife is perfect, good weight with an ergonomically comfortable handle and a prefect size for chopping up fruits and veggies. I use this daily as my go to knife. The Curved beak paring knife is also a well made knife, but the blade is a bit on the larger side and may not be the best for people with smaller hands and a lot of fruit to prepare.Customer service is exceptional and goes beyond to ensure satisfaction with their product.Overall these products can compete with any name brand.Highly recommend !
