Knives are as advertised
I really like the look, feel, and sharpness of these knives. And the set included all the knives I need at a good price. I did add an additional 6″ Chefs Knife because the 8″ knife was to unweildely for me, but I’m keeping the larger knife around in case I need it. I would recommend this set to anyone.

Great knives and great price
I have never had a high quality set if knives before. I have not wanted to pay the high price after using a set my brother bought and paid hundreds for. The knives were never extremely sharp and don’t seem to hold an edge well. I came across these and decided to give them a shot, the price was good.I can not be happier with these knives, they were extremely sharp when I bought them and have remained sharp. I have to warn anybody who is over and using them to be carefully, just a slight touch if the blade will cut you. If you want a sharp and nice knife to use these are a great buy.

Super sharp – Thanksgiving carving was never so easy
Great knife set – just used it to carve a turkey & a beef roast; and prep several side dish items for our extended family Thanksgiving gathering – never in 40+ years of Thanksgivings was carving so easy.Suggestion to Cutluxe – the knife block looks great but needs several extra knife slots. I prefer to use separate knives for prep of different foods, so I bought extra utility, boning and paring knives. Too bad there are no slots in the holder for them even though there’s plenty space for these slots in the block itself, particularly for smaller knives. Seems like Cutluxe is missing a great opportunity to expand its sales since it offers many different specialty knives beyond the eight included with the block. I would even purchase a duplicate empty holder separately, but it’s not offered by Amazon.

Beautiful set, but very thick handle and super heavy.
This is a very nice set of knives. The packaging and presetation is beautiful. The quality seems to be very good. I sent them back before using them, so I can’t speak about how sharp they are. I would have kept these, but the handles are very thick and the knives are very heavy. They aren’t quite what I’m looking for, for every day use. Way too bulky and heavy for me.

Excellent quality with high value for price point
I bought this set of knives and a very expensive Japanese chef knives. Cutluxe set feels sturdy and weighted nicely. The thickness of the blades are what I was looking for, a little thicker steel. They are sharp! These will cut thru paper. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I will be purchasing more in the future.

These knifes not only look good but they are a professional set. One way you can tell a good set of knives is that the blade runs through the handle. So that the handle doesn’t snap off. You can clearly see that these are not cheap from that alone. Another way to tell is that the blades are made with GERMAN steel. Germans are famous for their steel knifes. Also the thickness of the metal used for the blades shows that they are made to last many sharpening’s.Caution: Theses aren’t for your typical person who’s main dish is Mac & Cheese and Microwaved Pizza Pops. Not being snobby but you must be serious to have and use a set of SHARP knives like this. So please be careful you don’t cut a a finger or toe off. Remember the saying: You can NEVR catch a falling sharp knife successfully!

This knife block is quite large so if you have a smaller kitchen like ours they may be hard to place on your counter top and they are tall. Our kitchen is small but we bought them for the future and they work amazingly! These knives are extremely sharp and work very well. For once Iâm not struggling to cut things.
