What’s not to like?
I like using parchment paper when I bake; however, I don’t like the role I got at the grocery store. I had doubts about buying these pre-cut pieces and how often I would really use them but they weren’t that expensive. I use them more than I thought because they are so easy to grab. I just bought them for a second time.

Natural Parchment paper
I like the natural brown parchment paper. My favorite thing about this paper is the fact that it is already cut for you. 1 paper fits in a smaller baking pan and 2 papers for the larger baking pans.

Work just fine
I’ve had several opportunities to use this parchement paper and it beats using oil/nothing on a sheet pan quite well. I expect this batch to last several years, and if I get into sheet cooking I’d get this brand all over again before I run out.

Quick, Easy-to-use, doesn’t burn at high temperatures
This pre-cut parchment paper is an excellent addition to your home or professional kitchen. The paper fits extremely well on a traditional half-pan baking sheet, and holds up well under moderately high temperatures (450-475 degrees for 1 hour). I haven’t tested it at higher temperatures yet. Only a few times has oil saturated the paper and left a residue below the baking sheet. The higher price is worth the quality.

Very good quality, but high price and bad packaging
These are the best quality parchment sheets I’ve found. You can easily rinse them and re-use a few times, depending on what you bake on them. That said, they are very high priced, compared to other brands, only come in the one said (why not half sheets?), and they come in a plastic sleeve, so flop all over the place. Would be appreciate if the packaging was a same-shaped cardboard box. Still they lay flat, but it is more sturdy to pull them out all the time.

Quality Parchment
In an attempt to save some money, I recently purchased a cheaper brand of parchment and will not be making that mistake again. King Arthur parchment is a quality parchment that withstands high temperatures unlike other lesser brands. I do A LOT of baking and underestimated the importance of a quality parchment. This parchment doesn’t brown or crumble under high temperatures and is thick enough that butter doesn’t seep through onto the baking sheet. You can bake cookies using this parchment and avoid having to wash the cookie sheet after use. Simply through the parchment away and the cookies sheet is as clean as when you started. Splurge a bit and purchase these over the cheaper brands out there, you won’t regret it.

So happy to be able to find a seller of some King Arthur Baking products including their parchment paper which I believe to be the best parchment available. Sadly, KAB no longer ships to Canada so, although this is pricey, I am happy to found another source.
