I’ve had many different types pf pie pans over the years, from metal to ceraminc to glass, as well as different brands of pie pans. Every pan had at least one flaw, from uneven heating, to partially burnt crusts, to warping (the metal ones), to glass and ceramic ones breaking after being placed in the oven. And these are absolutely perfect, and beautifully glazed. The creamy white glaze has little speckles in it, which I couldnât see from the pictures online, but love.
