So Great!
The size is unique and fit perfectly in our small kitchen on the useless piece of countertop between the fridge and stove. Gets waffles and toast crispy! Good value . Easy to use.

Pretty good but the heating filaments weaken over time
I like the size of this slimline toaster as it fits snugly against the wall. The length of the toaster opening accommodates 2 slices of ordinary bread properly. However, the mechanism doesn’t go down as deep as I would like for bigger pieces of bread. For those, I have to turn them over and toast again to get full coverage. Also, after using the toaster for several months, I’m finding that the top heat elements inside aren’t heating up as well as at first. Overall, though, the toaster is working well enough for my use, and the price was right.

Burns Bottom Edge
The bottom edge of bread always toast faster and unless the toaster is set to nearly the lowest time, the bottom will burn. The only way to get somewhat of an uniform toast is to toast twice, bottom edge down then top edge down at the lowest time. This is of course is inconvenient. We have had enough, and I will be seeking refund. We like the simplicity, look, and that it is space saving. Unfortunately, the toaster fails at its number one function, proper toasting.

Not worth the money
The toaster has a cheap tinny quality to it. So far I have used it about 10 times, and I have never had a perfectly toasted bread. The bottom and bottom edges of the bread would over toast, while the center and top of the bread was under toasted. I had to use the cancel button to stop the bread from burning 75% of the time. Also, the bread would get stuck and had to be pulled out of the toaster with my fingers. The supposed bagel function was inoperable. Meaning a bagel would never fit in the narrow slot. Regular bread barely fit let alone a bagel. The price point should have been a warning, which I ignored.

This toaster is okay
It took me a long time to find my previous toaster, which I loved until it sparked one day while in use and I threw it away. I had a hard time deciding what to buy after that so I just got this inexpensive toaster for the time being. It is attractive and easy to use. It is very light-weight. It’s also very long because I like to buy wide bread and need a toaster which can accommodate wide slices. Unfortunately, wherever I put the toast, the middle gets lighty toasted and the ends get charred. The toast doesn’t come up very far in the slots, so it is difficult to get it out. It does a pretty good job on Engkish Muffins, athough again the low part of the muffin is lightly browned and the more raised parts are almost charred. It works well enough for now but I am still looking for a better toaster.
