Great value, works really well
Pretty straightforward. Add stuff into the container, screw on the blender blade lid and firmly and evenly press it down onto the motor base so the teeth engage completely. Really fast and massively powerful motor. There are two blades, one is really aggressive with 6 blades for making smoothies, chopping ice, liquefying things etc and another with two flatter blades for chopping nuts and things like that. I really like it, I make a smoothie, swap the blade lid for a plain lid, into the bag and off to work. Washes easily etc. Includes two large containers and two smaller ones. I’m pretty particular and I can’t find any fault with it. It’s solid.

The blades on this work great! My only set back is the cup size is small. The blender doesnât come with bigger cups. Itâs meant for an individual size. For that purpose, itâs great! Easy to clean and creates great smoothies! Itâs a good value for the money!

This is an easy to use product, but that’s not the reason I purchased it. It’s a perfect fit in my small, ever shrinking, kitchen. I do admit, that it is very loud when in use. When the noise ramps down a few notches, it’s safe to assume that all of the ice in your cup is crushed up. ð No, but seriously, it’s loud.

Excellent customer service is a bonus
I replaced another brand of blender that was getting very noisy, and this is a major improvement in that regard. Itâs also easy to clean and very compact. I used this at least once every day for the past nine months, and I was very satisfied with the performance. Then it suddenly died on me a few days ago. So why the 5 star rating still?Sometimes mechanical devices fail, however good they might be, and I understand that. What Iâm interested in at that point is the warranty and how well customer service handles the problem. Ratings should include the service as well as the product, and they deserve 5 stars there, as well. It was still under warranty, but it was late Friday night when I finally had time to contact them. I didnât expect a response until the next week since it was a weekend, but, to my surprise, I found a reply Saturday morning, from Maria at customer service, and after sending all of the necessary information back, by Sunday afternoon I was notified that I would be receiving a replacement soon. After determining that my claim was valid, everything was handled effectively, efficiently and courteously, and I couldnât expect more than that from a vendor.

Works good but loud
I guess you get what you pay for because this machine works well. For me, the noise level isn’t so good. I was hoping it was quieter than my past smoothie machines. To clean this is very easy and the cost is pretty reasonable.You can’t make a smoothie at night because it isn’t that quiet but if you don’t mind that part, you have a good machine. I will continue to use mine because it works well.

It’s very hard to find chutney maker, but this machine is the best! Unfortunately it wasn’t advertised as chutney maker, so it was very hard to find. Many indian women would love it!

Was really pleased with this little blender for the first month. Made around 10 smoothies with it so far. It had a strange day or two where it just kept cutting out for some reason but has fixed itself and now works perfectly again and I’ve made another 7 or so smoothies everyday without an issue.
